参展程序Participation Procedures
◎ 认真填写参展申请表的各项内容,务必保证内容详细有效,加盖公章后邮寄或传真至组委会。展位申请被接受后,主办单位通过传真或邮件的方式确认您的申请。
◎ 参展商须在办理报名手续的五个工作日内交纳参展费用,未交纳参展费用参展商的预定展位将无法保留。
◎ 主办单位收到参展商参展费并确认其参展资格后,根据展品类型和展位类型为参展商分配展位并书面通知参展商其参展位置,参展公司中途退展,所交参展费用不予退还。
◎ Fill in the application form carefully and mail or fax to organizing committee with official seal. Make sure the form is filled in with detailed and specific information. After receiving the application, the sponsor would confirm your application by fax or mail.
◎ Exhibitors should pay the exhibition fee in 5 working days after the application. The book booth for exhibitors that have not paid the exhibition fee would not be reserved.
◎ Booths will be arranged by the sponsor according to the type of exhibits and booth after receiving the exhibition fee and confirming of qualification. The position of exhibition is then noticed in written to the exhibitors.
◎ Exhibition fee is not returned if the exhibitor quit the exhibition midway.
